Registration Information

(Note: We are now taking online registration for the fall 2023 semester. You can still download registration form and send it by mail if you prefer, but it will take longer time to process.)

• Minimum Age Requirement: Students have to be 4 years old before October 1st of the school year.
• Place: KYCAA Chinese School at Lafayette High School. 401 Reed Lane, Lexington, KY 40503
• Registration: Starting now until class starts.
• Forms: You can fill the simple online registration form below or click on Forms tab, download and
              sign all forms, along with a check payable to KYCAA_CS, mail to:

Others

• Placement is guaranteed only when tuition is paid in full upon registration.
• Students transferring from another school or students wish to skip a grade have to be successfully tested prior to registration.
• Students registering after the semester begins have to pay the full semester tuition

Tuition & Fees

      For KYCAA Members student:

• Tuition: $130 per semester for language class
• Tuition: $130 per semester for non-language class

      For non-KYCAA Members student:

• Tuition: $150 per semester for language class
• Tuition: $150 per semester for non-language class

      Referral Reward Program:

• If parent/student can refer any student who is interested in learning Chinese language/culture, and if the referral is registered to our school program, both referrer and referral will get $5 discount for tuition.

Refund Policy

• Students requesting refund before semester begins, 100% of tuition for the entire semester will be refunded
• Students requesting refund after the 1st class, 100% of tuition for the entire semester will be refunded
• Students requesting refund after the 2nd class, 75% of tuition for the entire semester will be refunded
• Students requesting refund after the 3rd class, 50% of tuition for the entire semester will be refunded
• No refunds will be made for students withdraw after 4th class after semester begins
